Suggest ONLY trade with the money you can afford to lose. If you find Ethereum gas price outrageous (check here for the current state of gas prices) relative to the amount that you are playing with, some of the activities on Ethereum can also be done on Polygon, where you need some MATIC to pay for the transaction fees; you can get some MATIC from this faucet. And if you want to get serious (i.e. playing serious money that would be painful to lose) about this, consider getting a hardware wallet (Ledger and Trezor are the well known ones for retail customers).
